Scott Lang is Project Canary’s CEO and Chairman of its Board of Directors. Lang brings over 30 years of leadership and management experience to Project Canary. Among his previous roles, Scott served as founding Chairman and CEO of Silver Spring Networks, an early pioneer in smart grid technology, and led the company to a successful IPO on the NYSE in 2013.
In addition to his previous role at Silver Spring Networks, Lang has also served as Chairman and CEO of Turvo, a logistics platform for the global supply chain, and led the Strategic Markets Group at Perot Systems, which served the Global Energy, Communications, Media, and Travel and Transportation industries. Lang holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and is a graduate of the Advanced Executive Program at The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
