Rachael built her leadership experience in startups, ad agencies, and global corporations. Throughout her career, she has helped guide some of the world’s leading brands, including Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Alibaba.com, The North Face, Zayo, Sephora, L’Oréal, REI, Manna Tree private equity, Axon, VMP/Vinyl Me Please, Colorado Tourism, and more. She is a mentor at Techstars Sustainability, Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network, and a Board Member Emerita of the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
