Josh Dunaway is responsible for all aspects of corporate finance and accounting, including fundraising, capital planning and financial operations. He brings leadership experience in complex, capital-intensive and first-of-a-kind environments. Josh’s track record of transactions, corporate development and restructuring has focused on executing transformative strategic plans. At Project Canary, he partners with all business functions to shape growth and enterprise value. Josh is passionate about climate tech and building scalable businesses that use innovation to create paradigm shifts. Prior to joining Project Canary, Josh led FP&A and later the Finance & Accounting functions at AeroFarms, driving the company’s transition from venture stage to profitable growth at scale. Josh began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where he executed capital markets and M&A transactions for Fortune 500 and emerging growth companies. He holds a BS in Management Science from MIT, with a minor in Mathematics.
