Jory Caulkins is an entrepreneur and investor with a background in business strategy, growth and finance. He serves on multiple for-profit and non-profit boards, including IES, Enduring, GridHawk, and Kimmeridge (a $2.75B private equity fund focused on the energy sector). He was directly and indirectly involved in building and growing multiple companies which addressed major problems across a spectrum of industries. He worked for Bain Capital as an investment professional in their flagship North American Private Equity group, Morgan Stanley in the Mergers & Acquisitions investment banking group, and was the Founder and CEO of Nexodex. Mr. Caulkins received a BS in Biology (Genetics) from Georgetown University, where he graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and was the valedictorian for BS recipients. He received an MBA from Stanford University. He lives with his wife and son in Texas, is an outdoor enthusiast and an avid fly-fisherman.
