With over 15 years of experience spanning both startups and established companies, Jenna has consistently pioneered new approaches to energy sector challenges. Her leadership journey includes transformational roles at Oracle, Bidgely, Smart Wires, and most recently Insight M, where she built high-performing teams that delivered exceptional results by putting customer needs at the center of strategy. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, with additional studies in Physics and Spanish from Willamette University.
