Jorge E. Guerra is a Research Scientist with the product innovation team. He will be responsible for engaging in investigative and applied research in development of new products leveraging our canary sensor systems.
Before joining our team, Jorge worked with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as a scientist and developer focused on severe weather, rapid high-fidelity numerical weather prediction, and data assimilation of radio occultation sources.
Jorge holds a doctorate in atmospheric science from the University of California, Davis and Masters of Science in applied mathematics and Aero/Astro engineering from the University of Washington and Stanford University. His undergraduate degree is in aerospace engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
