Effective Facilitation Program

The delivery of consistently high quality training is a common goal across the resources industry. The Mining Industry Skills Centre has developed a series of tools, supported by specialist consulting services, which are designed to assist sites, corporate and training organisations who are seeking to achieve this goal.
The Effective Facilitation Program is one such tool, developed in collaboration with the Mining Industry Skills Centre's key clients; the program represents the only resource industry-specfic professional trainer development program of its kind in Australia.
Structure:
The 3 day program complements accredited training and assessment programs (TAA40104 and BSZ40198), and includes:

Specialist trainer, participant workbooks and activities

Follow-up support and mentoring after the program

Use of PROJECT CANARY, the world's first serious game for translating risk knowledge to safe behaviour

Customisation to reflect the needs of your organisation

Up to 5 attendees (larger groups can also be catered for on request)
Skills Centre consultants will work with your organisation to fully understand your specific learning outcomes and will contextualise and focus the content on targeted results.
These can be modelled around general training or for a specific course or tool, such as supervisory training, the GI (safety induction training) or PROJECT CANARY.
